All bars and values represent the mean ± SD of at least three replicate experiments. *P < 0.05 and ** P < 0.01 were considered significant compared to the control group. #P < 0.05 were considered significant to compare the effect of similar concentrations on wound closure at 16 and 24 h by Student's t-test.
