Effect of different fractions obtained from the cyclohexane extract at their maximum non-toxic concentrations on HMEC-1 migration (scratch test). Images from the top to the bottom of the panel: Fr. A, Fr. B, Fr. C, Fr. D, Fr. E and Fr. F respectively. Images were acquired 0, 12, and 24 h after scratching and treatment with the fractions using a fluorescence microscope at 4× magnification. T scratch software was used to analyze the images.
