Heatmap of the top 50 variable genes. Heatmap shows the top 50 most variable genes amongst all sample replicates. All genes were ranked by standard deviation across all samples, then used in hierarchical clustering using the heatmap.2 function in iDEP91. Colour key indicates z-score (green = negative; black = no change; red = positively expressed).
