Arrhenius plots for determining the interaction between APP IREmRNA and IRP1 with and without iron. Temperature-dependent observed rate constant of IRP1·APP IRE mRNA (—Ο—) and IRP1·APP IRE mRNA-Fe2+ (—●—) complex was used for the plots. The final concentrations of APP mRNA, IRP1, and Fe2+ were 500 nM, 100 nM, and 50 μM, respectively.
