CD spectra of iron regulatory protein (IRP1) as a function of Alzheimer's amyloid precursor protein (APP) IRE mRNA. The far-UV CD spectra were obtained using IRP1 protein concentration of 0.1 µM with addition of varying amounts of APP IRE mRNA (0 – 10 µM).
