Western blot (cropped) of validation of the desmoglein-2 recombinant protein detection by commercially available anti-desmoglein-2 antibodies. Each well was loaded with increasing quantity (ng) of recombinant desmoglein-2 protein on the same gel. Original uncropped blot is displayed in Supplementary Figs. S1 and S2.
