EGFR signaling suppresses chemokine expression in EGFR-mutated (EGFR-mt) lung adenocarcinoma (LA). (A) The levels of CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11 in the culture supernatant of PC-9 and HCC827 LA cells were quantified using the Bio-Plex suspension array system after treatment with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) or AZD9291 and stimulation with IFN-γ. Biological triplicates were used for the analysis. *p < 0.0005, **p < 0.0001, ***p < 0.05 (Student’s t-test).
