From: Prognostic significance of albuminuria in elderly of various ages with diabetes
Prevalence of albuminuria stage according to estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) in elderly (≥ 65 years) patients with diabetes. The prevalence of albuminuria varied markedly with eGFR and age. Overall, the prevalence of macroalbuminuria gradually increased, and the prevalence of normoalbuminuria decreased in the lower eGFR categories.
