Extracted μ_op,FE from the experimental Q-factor and Δλ. ITiO has an initial carrier concentration of 3.3 × 10¹⁹ cm⁻³ and μ_bulk of 44 cm²/V/s from Hall measurement. The inset figure shows the experimentally measured Q-factor and Δλ that are similar to Fig. 2b.
