In (B), GSVA enrichment scores for the indicated cellular processes were generated for purified CD14+ monocytes from EA and AsA SLE patients (GSE164457). Using GSE164457, linear regression was used to examine the relationship between cellular processes and SLEDAI (C), anti-dsDNA titers in active patients (SLEDAI ≥ 6) (D) and GSVA scores for IFNA2 (E).
