Read-out current distributions (see Eq. (11) for homogenous arrays composed of B-CT1C DNA (a-d) and B-TC1T DNA (e–h). The interconnect resistance is 10 kΩ for (a, b, e, f) and 1 MΩ for (c, d, g, h). Array size is kept fixed at 64 × 64. For panels (a, c, e, g), the Fermi energy is at corresponding HOMO level while for panels (b, d, f, h), Fermi energy is at (HOMO + 0.2) eV.
