Segmentation of the white matter, gray matter and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), on three dogs of different cranial conformation (brachycephalic, mesocephalic, dolicocephalic). The acquired T1 3D BRAVO image is compared with manual segmentation and automatic segmentation using K-Means clustering.
