(E) Quantification of the percentage of VS33-positive cells that are co-stained by the cell type markers in (A-D) (mean across images ± SD). VS33 drives expression in mainly neuronal cells. (F–J) Analogous to (A-E), but for VS47-driven mTFP expression. VS47 drives expression prominently in the interneurons.
