From: Micro-abnormalities in the retina and choroid induced by anti-CTLA4 treatment
CD45 staining in control and anti-CTLA4-treated eyes (n = 7 in each group). Choroidal infiltration of round or ameboid-like CD45-positive cells was observed in treated eyes. There was a significant difference in the number of CD45-positive cells in the choroid between control and treated eyes. On the other hand, very limited CD45-positive staining was observed in the retina. RPE: retinal pigment epithelium, ONL: Outer nuclear layer, INL: Inner nuclear layer.
