From: Micro-abnormalities in the retina and choroid induced by anti-CTLA4 treatment
CD8 staining in control and anti-CTLA4-treated eyes (n = 4 in each group). CD8-positive cells were observed in treated eyes, by contrast very limited those cells were detected in the control. There was a significant difference in the number of CD8-positive cells in the retina between control and treated eyes. ONL: Outer nuclear layer, INL: Inner nuclear layer.
