This graph was obtained after two separate sPLS (canonical mode, cutoff 0.45) analyses of each of the two metabolite datasets (AA and NMR, blue circles) with the phenotypic dataset (red circles). The two graphs were joined using Gephi. Connections between metabolites and phenotypes are in red for negative covariations and in green for positive covariations.
