Panels show concentrations of estradiol (A), testosterone (B), androstenedione (C), progesterone (D), prostaglandin E2 (E) and prostaglandin FM (F). Data are presented as mean ± SEM. Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and LSD test by selecting appropriate planned comparisons. Letters (a, b) indicate a significant difference between groups (p < 0.05). For framed groups (follicles derived from ovaries of the same gilts), Student’s t-test was performed.
