(a–f) Comparative plots to identify the wavelength shift while the phase change material will change its state from amorphous to crystalline (aGST to cGST). The response is presented for the specific range of the wavelength where the reflectance values are minimum. The response is generated for the structure with layers of SPR structure as analyte–Ag–Si–HfO2–Si–GST–Si.
