Comparison chart of gene mutations in parental endometrial cancer tissues and PDXs of six cases that reached passage TG8. Mutations in 114 cancer-related genes and amplifications and fusions in 12 genes were analyzed using the NCC Oncopanel test. Mutations at varying frequencies were observed in all six cases, a few amplifications and homozygous deletions were observed in each of the six cases, and no fusion was detected in any cases.
