Relative to controls, ebony mutants had: (A) decreased histamine (p = 0.0004); (B) decreased dopamine (p=0.0410); (C) decreased serotonin (p = 0.0457); and (D) similar octopamine levels (p = 0.1084). p-values were obtained by unpaired Student’s t-test with Welch’s correction.
