The first column shows the original images of the five groups. The second column shows the original images labelled by pathologists, which were used as the gold standard in the test dataset. The third column shows the original images predicted by our Aitrox AI model. The HER2/CEP17 ratio was calculated for both the gold standard and our Aitrox AI model as the ratio of the number of CEP17 gene signals to the number of HER2 gene signals in one image, and details can be found in the last column.
