GB265, GB266, and GB266T antibody efficacy is monocyte-dependent. Raji PD-L1 OKT3 cells were co-cultured with normal (a) or monocyte-depleted (b) PBMCs in the presence of indicated antibodies at 30 nM for 4 days. Viable cell count of CD8 T cells, CD4 T cells, and cancer cells were determined by flow cytometry. Statistical significance of test antibodies versus IgG1 control was assessed using one-way ANOVA with Fisher’s LSD test for multiple comparisons and is shown by asterisks. *P < 0.05; **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001; ****P < 0.0001. ns not significant.
