Panel (A, B, and C) are identical to panel (C, D, and E) in Fig. 3, and show binding to antigens, and whether cross-panning strategies (Red) were used for discovery, or not (Blue). Panel (D, E, and F) show the scFvs that were sequenced, and which of the scFvs have identical HCDR3 regions. In the legend on the right side, the different unique HCDR3 are labeled. To simplify the graph, the less prevalent HCDR3 families have been grouped in the “The rest” category.
