EPS production by selected isolate in correlation to incubation hours. The FW indicates the fresh weight after extraction and DW indicates the Dry weight of EPS after the drying process. SGM81 and SSN1 were representing identical results, the EPS production increased with incubation time, while M5a1 was representing a linear graph depicting there was no EPS production.
