Pasteurization affects the detection of endocytic EV markers. Western blot analyses were performed on total protein extractions of MOMEV and PMOMEV enriched fractions using anti-CD63, anti-CD9, as well as anti-Calnexin as a negative control and anti-ApoA1 as a lipoprotein marker.
