Cell viability of canine MGT cells and DH82 under doxorubicin. (A) Doxorubicin inhibited proliferation of CIPp, CIPm, and DH82 in a dose-dependent manner. (B) Cell viability results in canine MGT cells co-cultured with DH82 under doxorubicin (0, 0.18, and 0.37 μM) for 48 h. The cytotoxicity of doxorubicin was reduced in co-cultured canine MGT cells compared to controls. The results are presented as the mean ± SD of triplicate samples of 3 independent experiments.
