The analysis of replicate dilutions (1 × 105 to 1.25 copies/reaction) revealed a Limit of Quantification (LOQ) of 5 copies per reaction and Limit of Detection (LOD95%) of 2.83 copies per reaction for the developed assay. For a more objective visualization, points above 1 × 103 were not included in the figure.
