Effects of the aminopyridazine product on anti-inflammatory activities in LPS-stimulated DH82 macrophage cells. (A) Cell viability detection by MTT assay in DH82 cells after treatment with samples for 24 h. The cells were treated with samples for 2 h, followed by treatment with the LPS (1 μg/mL) for 24 h. (B) The nitrite content of culture media was analyzed by a Griess reagent assay. (C) The PGE2 production content of culture media was analyzed by ELISA.
