Colocalization of autofluorescence signal in HeLa cells. (A) Cells were labeled with fluorescent probe LysoTracker. Labeled cells were imaged by confocal microscopy for LysoTracke (100 ms exposure time) and autofluorescence signal (2000 ms exposure time).
