Table 2 eDNA detection results for each site. At each site, three samples. Each extracted sample was then used in six qPCR replicates. All qPCR results were divided into three categories: (i) positive, + (with quantifiable eDNA concentration), (ii) below limit of quantification, bq (Cq = 37.72—44.99), and (iii) non-detect, nd (Cq 45 or No amplification). The concentration of eDNA was expressed as copies/mL.
