PdLEA2 protects LDH against inactivation and prevents its aggregation under heat stress in contrast to BSA and buffer. LDH enzyme activity recovery during heating at 50 °C for (A) 10 min (B) 20 min and (C) 30 min. Data are expressed as the means ± SD (n = 3), analyzed using one-way ANOVA. Different letters indicate a significant difference (p < 0.05) evaluated using Tukey’s HSD test.
