The biological functions and pathways associated with risk scores. (A–D) GO and KEGG functional enrichment analysis were performed on the risk score-related gene sets in the CGGA database. The results showed that the biological processes and pathways related with risk scores were related to the positive regulation of NF-κB signaling, cell adhesion, and protein synthesis.
