Validation data of the NAxtra protocol on a Tecan Fluent 1080 robot platform. 47 samples from COVID-19 patients were used to evaluate nucleic acid extraction using the MagNA Pure 96 (MP96) and NAxtra methods. Eluates were analyzed using commercially available PCR reagents (Superscript). Error bars represent standard error of the mean (SEM).
