The semimembranosus (Sm) tendon is continuous with the posterior joint capsule (Cap) and superficial tendinous membrane of the popliteus (Po). (c) After detaching the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL), the posterior horn of the medial meniscus (MM) is detached from the tibia to detach the Cap more medially.
