Characteristics of CCN. (a) The concept of our chitosan-collagen hydrogel nerve conduit (CCN). In this study, the inner lumen is 2.0 mm in diameter, and the thickness of the chitosan and collagen layers are 0.5 mm and 0.25 mm, respectively.
