Effects of matrine (MAT) on TNBC cell proliferation. Viability was determined by MTT assay of TNBC cells. The IC50 of MDA-MB-231 cells is 5.488 mM ± 0.165, while that of MDA-MB-468 cells is 7.24 mM ± 0.83.
