Matrine (MAT) induces apoptosis and arrests cell cycle in TNBC cells. (a) Flow cytometry was used to detect changes in the apoptosis of TNBC cells after treatment with MAT (0, 2 and 4 mM) for 24 h. (b) After 24 h of treatment with MAT (0, 2 and 4 mM), the cells were analyzed by Western blot to determine the expression level of apoptosis-related proteins.
