Detection of lysosomes in cells. (A) Mito-Tracker Green staining of intracytoplasmic mitochondria with green signal; Lyso-Tracker Red staining of cytosolic lysosomes with red fluorescence signal and superimposition of red fluorescence and blue fluorescence in the nucleus (merge). The data are expressed as the mean ± SD (n = 3) of three experiments. The statistical significance of differences between groups was analyzed using two-tailed Student’s t-tests, and differences were considered statistically significant when *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01.
