Characterization of selenium-enriched B. amyloliquefaciens C-1 and the produced SeNPs. The C-1 cells morphology was observed by SEM cultivated with (A) and without (B) 100 μg/ml Na2SeO3, by TEM cultivated with (C) and without (D) 100 μg/ml Na2SeO3; and the composition of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorus, sulfur and selenium elements in Se-enriched C-1 were analyzed by XPS (E) and EDS (F).
