Effects of PDI knockdown on surface AMPAR expression in the hippocampus following KA injection. Control siRNA does not affect surface AMPAR expression in both saline- and KA-treated animals. PDI knockdown decreases surface expression of GluA1 and GluA2 without altering surface GluA1/GluA2 ratio in both saline- and KA-treated animals.
