Distribution of significantly enriched sequence motifs representing putative cis-elements across the upstream regions of OrBTB genes. Potential biological implications of conserved sequence motifs were inferred based on homology with known cis-elements in the PlantCare databases. The scale at the bottom represents the relative position of the putative cis-acting elements across the upstream regions of OrBTB gene loci.
