RNA of M2-induced iMG cells was measured by qPCR in the progressive and stable groups. Fold changes were measured using the ΔΔ Ct method. The relative expression (fold change) of RNF213 expression was significantly lower in the progressive group of M2-induced iMG cells. The relative expression (fold change) of IL-6, an inflammatory cytokine, was significantly upregulated in the progressive group of M2-induced iMG cells.
