Comparison of the cumulative ESKD-free survival rates. (A) The sclerotic class exhibited the lowest ESKD-free survival rate among the four histopathological classes in patients with AAV-GN. (B) Patients with high scores of interstitial fibrosis, tubular atrophy and endocapillary hypercellularity showed significantly lower cumulative ESKD-free survival rates compared to those with low scores.
