The image of an agarose gel after gel electrophoresis is posted to the right of the mass spectra, which was placed on the paper template marked with the β1-Tf and β2-Tf band regions. The image of a reference agarose gel after immunofixation is posted further on the right, indicating the β1-Tf and β2-Tf band regions designated according to the manufacturer’s protocol.
