Mean difference for the comparison between the study group and historical control was calculated by the linear mixed models and expressed as mean difference [95% CI]. The score is based on grading standards for Chinese university students. The total score is the mean of all other fitness scores for males and females. P < 0.05 is considered statistically significant.
