From: LncTUG1 promotes hepatocellular carcinoma immune evasion via upregulating PD-L1 expression

Figure 2

The expression of TUG1 and PD-L1 is increased and indicates a poor prognosis in HCC. (A): The relative mRNA expression of TUG1 in 36 paired HCC tumor and adjacent normal tissue samples was measured by qRT-PCR. (B): The relative mRNA expression of PD-L1 in 36 paired HCC tumor and adjacent normal tissue samples was measured by qRT-PCR. (C): The correlation between TUG1 and PD-L1 expression in HCC tissue samples was determined. (D): The correlation between TUG1 and PD-L1 expression in HCC tissue samples was determined by analysis with GEPIA2. (E): The prognosis of HCC patients according to TUG1 expression was evaluated by TCPA analysis. (F): The relative mRNA expression levels of TUG1 and PD-L1 in a normal liver cell line (HL-7702) and liver cancer cell lines (HCC-LM3, MHCC-97H, Huh-7, SMCC-7721) were measured by qRT-PCR. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, ****p < 0.0001.
