Explainability maps for a 3D surface model properly predicted as a class 0 of the severity index. The heatmaps were generated by each different class (columns) in different view perspectives (rows). In dark red are the most important features considered by the algorithm to output the classification and in blue the less important features. Note that it is necessary to assess the heatmaps of all classes to determine which class highlights in red (or dark red) the cleft features. It can be observed that the algorithm is capable to distinguish the important features in the different classes.
