The node size reflects the proportion of genes associated to the process while the node colour denotes the direction of the association: a node is blue when more than 60% of associated genes are down-regulated; a node is light blue when the proportion of down-regulated genes is between 50 and 60%; a node is red when more than 60% of associated genes are up-regulated; and, a node is orange when the proportion of down-regulated genes is between 50 and 60%.
