Five different types of substrates used for collecting cave fungi. These include (A) atmospheric samples (air), (B) water samples, (C) rock specimens from three separate zones, (D–H) collections from organic debris, and (H–K) soil or sediment samples. These were collected from two locations, Phu Pha Phet and Le Stegodon Caves.
