(C) Analysis of lesion volume was performed by Nissl staining 72 h after (WT injection of IgG1 n = 9, rCD300f-IgG1 n = 10, KO injection of IgG1 n = 10 and rCD300f-IgG1 n = 9). Two independent experiments were performed in different days including all treatments in each day. Data show mean ± SEM; p corresponds to one way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test.
